Fulbright Foreign Student Program

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program offers opportunities for graduate students, young professionals, and artists from other countries to study and conduct research in the United States. This program is available in over 160 countries worldwide, with around 4,000 international students receiving Fulbright scholarships annually.

The program is managed by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies, which handle all applications for the Foreign Student Program.
